Welcome to Sable VC, a product of Sable Venture Capital Inc. ("Sable," "we," "our," or "us"). Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Sable application, platform, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, accessing, or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.

You must be at least 18 years of age and able to enter into a legally binding contract. By using the Services, you warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and are fully able and competent to enter into and comply with these Terms.

Sable provides tools to help you manage your investments, including AI-powered advisory and automated investment execution.

SABLE IS NOT A REGISTERED INVESTMENT ADVISOR OR BROKER-DEALER.

Investing, especially in cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, is high-risk and volatile. The value of your investments can fluctuate significantly, including the potential for total loss of principal. Sable cannot and does not guarantee returns on any investment.

You acknowledge and accept all risks related to:

• The inherent volatility of cryptocurrency and other asset classes.
• AI-driven trading strategies and recommendations.
• Changes in market liquidity, fees, transaction costs, and execution delays.
• The potential failure or unavailability of the Sable platform or any third-party service we use.

You agree that all decisions you make to buy, sell, or hold assets through Sable's Services are solely your responsibility.

By providing the Services, Sable is not acting as your fiduciary. Sable does not assume any obligation to act in your best interest. No communication through the app shall create any fiduciary relationship between you and Sable.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sable, its parent company Sable Venture Capital Inc., affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any losses, damages, claims, or expenses of any kind arising from or related to:

• Market downturns, volatility, or losses in the value of your investments.
• Errors, delays, or interruptions in Service availability.
• AI-driven trading decisions or algorithms, including any losses resulting therefrom.
• Unauthorized access to or use of your account, except as required by applicable law.
• Any third-party tools, data feeds, or financial information integrated into Sable.

IN NO EVENT SHALL SABLE BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. This limitation shall apply regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sable Venture Capital Inc. and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

• Your use of the Services,
• Any breach of these Terms,
• Any violations of applicable laws or third-party rights.

Our Services may contain links or connections to third-party services (exchanges, wallets, financial data APIs, etc.), which Sable neither owns nor controls. You acknowledge that:

• Sable is not responsible for any third-party's content, privacy practices, or security measures.
• Sable assumes no liability for any transactions or losses incurred via third-party services.

Sable may, at its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services at any time for any reason, including suspected violations of these Terms or applicable law.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Dubai, UAE.

These Terms, along with any other policies incorporated herein (including our Privacy Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and Sable.
